What is proposed?

Public Notice - Licensing Act 2003
Take notice that I William Pitts Of Forts cafe, 1 Chandos Road, Broadstairs CT10 1QP
Have applied to Thanet District Council PO Box 9 Cecil Street Margate Kent for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises to be known as Forts Coffee under the above Act.

The licensable activities will be the service of alcohol. Any representation in respect of the application should be made using the form on the website that can be found at the link above before 15th December.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
