NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that MARIACHIARA MANISCALCO having applied for a premises licence in respect of premises known as: SICILIA BELLA, 34 CHAUCER WAY, HODDESDON, HERTFORDSHIRE, EN11 9QP.
The application is as follows:
SALE OF ALCOHOL - (on sale only), Monday - Saturday 12:30 - 22:00, Sunday - 12:30 - 23:30. OPENING TIMES, Monday - Thursday 17:00 - 22:00, Friday - Saturday 17:00 - 22:30 & Sunday - 12:30 - 20:00.

The application was lodged with the Council on 16 NOVEMBER 2023 and any representations must be made in writing to the above email address by 14 DECEMBER 2023.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level five on the standard scale.
