55 Park Street - Application for a Variation to the Premises Licence

What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that B & I Entertainment Limited has applied in respect of the Reina Bar, 55 Park Street, City Centre, Bristol, BS1 5NT for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To vary the opening hours of the premises and the hours when the premises is authorised for the provision of licensable activities. 

The changes are as follows: “Non-standard timings: On New Year’s Eve & each Friday, Saturday and a Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday Monday the premises shall close at 0630. On New Year’s Eve & each Friday, Saturday and any Sunday preceding a Bank Holiday Monday the terminal hour for the provision of licensable activities shall cease at 0600.” Further, Condition 5 of annex 3 shall be removed and replaced with the following: “5. On each day of the week, save for those wishing to temporarily leave the premises for, example, the purposes of smoking there shall be no entry to the premises in the hour preceding the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol.” Any other hours, activities and conditions are to remain unchanged by this application. 

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 15 December 2023, to the Bristol City Council Licensing Authority at Licensing Team, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours and/or by contacting licensing@bristol.gov.uk. 

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
