Notice of application on 17th November 2023 to North East Lincolnshire Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence by M J Neal Limited for Bluestone Service Station, Stallingborough Road, Immingham, DN40 1NW to allow sale of alcohol (consumption off the premises) Monday to Sunday 05:45 to 22:15 hours each day.

Any representations by people, bodies, businesses or responsible authorities regar ding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, North East Lincolnshire Council at the above address by 15th December 2023.
It is an offence to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
