Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence

We GoBrands UK Holdings Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Newcastle City Council on the 13th November 2023 for the variation of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Gopuff, Unit 2B Union Street Newcastle Upon Tyne NE2 1AH from which the following licensable activities are proposed. To remove a condition on the licence.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH or at https://www.newcastle.gov.uk/services/licences-and-permits/publicaccess- licensing.

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 11/12/2023

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine
