LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

We, McNamaras Sports Bar Limited, of Unit 11, Malthouse Business Centre, 48 Southport Road, Ormskirk, Lancashire L39 1QR, have applied to West Lancashire Borough Council for a Premises Licence, the following has been applied for: Hours of operation: Sunday 12:00 23:00, Monday - Thursday 12:00 - 24:00, Friday - Saturday 12:00 - 02:00, and to add the following licensable activities: the sale by retail of alcohol.

The application may be inspected at West Lancashire Borough Council Licensing Section, Robert Hodge Centre, Stanley Way, Skelmersdale WN8 8EE, between the hours of 9am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Councils website www.westlancs.gov.uk/licensing

Any “Interested Party” may make representations in writing to the Council regarding the application before the 13th December. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction anyone doing so is liable to a fine of £5,000.00.
