NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES
LICENCE

Premises Tesco Express, 110 Station Road,
Fulwell, Sunderland, SR6 9AE
Notice is hereby given that We, Tesco Stores
Limited, have applied to the Licensing Authority at
Sunderland City Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed licensable activities to be carried on
from the premises are:
• The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors)
on the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-
00:00
• The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off
the premises on the following days: MondaySunday, 06:00-00:00
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is
kept at: Sunderland City Council, City Hall, Plater
Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA.
A record of the application may be inspected by
prior appointment during the hours Monday to
Thursday 08:30-17:15 and Friday 08.30-16:45 by
contacting licensing@sunderland.gov.uk to
arrange. Any interested party or responsibly
authority may make representations regarding the
application. Representations must be made in
writing to the Licensing Section at the above
address or by email to licensing@sunderland.gov.
uk. The late date by which an interested party or
responsible authority may make representations to
the relevant licensing authority is 11/12/2023.
It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with this application.
Those who make a false statement may be liable on
summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
