NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES
LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Elysian Berkhamsted
Operating Company Limited has applied to
Dacorum Borough Council on 15 November 2023
for the grant of a premises licence to use the
premises at The Denton, Off Shootersway,
Berkhamsted HP4 3NG for the provision of films
Monday to Sunday 09:00 – 00:00 and the sale by
retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10:00 – 23:00,
with non standard timings, as more particularly set
out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in
relation to this application must give notice in
writing to: Dacorum Borough Council, Licensing
Department, The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel
Hempstead HP1 1DN or by email to licensing@
dacorum.gov.uk to be received by no later than 13
December 2023 stating the grounds for making said
representation.
The register and a record of the application can be
inspected on the Council’s website www.dacorum.
gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices
during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with an application for
a premises licence and the maximum fine on being
convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
