NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Kamal Udaiyar to City of Wolverhampton Council in respect of premises known as Ettingshall Road Convenience Store, which are situated at 125 Ettingshall Road Wolverhampton WV2 2JP. The application is as follows: Sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premisesMonday to Sunday 08:00 Hours to 23:00 Hours. 

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH by 6th December 2023. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
