NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE An application for the variation of a Premises Licence has been made by (Name:) SHANE WARD to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as CLUB CARIB / West Bromwich African Caribbean Resource Centre which are situated at Thomas Street West Bromwich B70 6LY The proposed variation is as follows: The application proposes that the current late closing time on the premises licensable activities be extended from 04.00am to 05.00am for the following activities: Plays, Films, indoor sporting events, Boxing or Wrestling entertainments, Live music, recorded music, dance performance any thing of a similar description, late night refreshment, supply of alcohol. It is also proposed that the building is closed at 06.00am

A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Borough Economy Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using licensing_Team@ sandwell.gov.uk, by: 18/12/2023. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
