LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A

PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Santino Pizzeria, Unit 19, West Way Square OX2 9TJ

Notice is given that Santino Pizzeria has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:

Monday to Sunday 11:30 - 22:30

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing.unit@whitehorsedc.gov.uk

Representations must be received by 13/12/2023.

The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council's website at www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk

Date of Notice: 13/11/2023

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
