Licensing Act 2003 - Public Notice Application for the grant of a premises licence

Tall Barahi Limited has applied to Worcester City Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of The Gurkha Chulo, 51 Canada Way, Worcester, WR2 4XA. The application seeks to authorise the use of the premises for the sale by retail of alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises) The proposed standard hours are 16:00 to 22:30 every day.

Representations about the application by responsible authorities or other persons should be made in writing to Licensing, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF or via email to enquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk. Representations must be made no later than 8th December 2023.
