Notice of Application for Premises License
Notice is hereby given that Claire Corbett has applied
in respect of Epicurean 118 Castle Street Hinckley
Leicestershire LE10 1DD for a Premises Licence under the
licensing Act 2003 to allow the sale of alcohol, the playing
of recorded background music and the occasional showing
of classic films Monday to Saturday 10am to 10pm.
Opening hours Monday to Saturday 10am to 10.30pm.
Representations to this application must be made in
writing by 12/12/2023 to Licensing Hinckley and Bosworth
Borough Council, Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley,
Leicestershire, LE10 0FR where applications can be
inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable
on summary conviction to a maximum fine of
£5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application.
