Notice is hereby given that Matthew Clark Bibendum Limited has applied in respect of Matthew Clark Bibendum Heston HSC Aero Drome Way Hounslow TW5 9QB for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: The sale of alcohol (off sales only) to be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The site will be open from 08:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Sunday. These opening hours are more limited than the sale of alcohol hours because this is an alcohol depot, so sales of alcohol may be received (online/telephone etc.) at times outside of the hours that these premises are “open”.
Anyone wishing to make representation to this application must give notice in writing preferably by email. Representations will still be accepted via post, however there could be a delay in us receiving them within the limited 28 day time period. Any representations must be received by end of 11th December 2023. Regrettably no representations can be received after this date. A person making representation may address member of the licensing panel at a subsequent hearing, although all representation will be considered whether the author attends or not. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
