What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Hot Hoagie Ltd has applied to Islington Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Gerry's Hot Subs, 50 Exmouth Market, London, EC1R 4QE. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale by Retail of Alcohol (for consumption on & off the premises) Mondays to Saturdays 10:00 until 00:00, Sundays 12:00 until 23:30; Provision of Recorded Music Mondays to Saturdays 07:00 until 00:30, Sundays 09:00 until midnight; Late Night Refreshment Mondays to Saturdays 23:00 until 00:30, Sundays 23:00 until 00:00; Opening Hours Mondays to Saturdays 07:00 until 00:30, Sundays 09:00 until midnight. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received by email to licensing@islington.gov.uk or in writing by Licensing Team, Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR no later than 5th December 2023 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Islington Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.islington.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
