Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Hot Hoagie Ltd has applied to Islington Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Gerry's Hot Subs, 50 Exmouth Market, London, EC1R 4QE. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale by Retail of Alcohol (for consumption on & off the premises) Mondays to Saturdays 10:00 until 00:00, Sundays 12:00 until 23:30; Provision of Recorded Music Mondays to Saturdays 07:00 until 00:30, Sundays 09:00 until midnight; Late Night Refreshment Mondays to Saturdays 23:00 until 00:30, Sundays 23:00 until 00:00; Opening Hours Mondays to Saturdays 07:00 until 00:30, Sundays 09:00 until midnight. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received by email to licensing@islington.gov.uk or in writing by Licensing Team, Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR no later than 5th December 2023 stating the grounds for representation.
