NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Goldies Restaurants Ltd has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 08 November 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Goldies Restaurant, G10-G11 Kingly Court, Kingly Street, London, W1B 5PW for the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 to 23:30 Monday to Thursday and from, 23:00 to 00:00 Friday to Saturday, and the sale by retail of alcohol from 09:00 to 23:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 00:00 Friday to Saturday and 09:00 to 22:30 Sunday, plus non standard timings, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 06 December 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
