NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES: GDK, Unit 2B, 11 Newgate Street, Newcastle NE1 5TG. Notice is given that RSGD (Newcastle) Limited applied to Newcastle City Council on 15th November 2023 to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as follows:- To replace the current Annex 2 conditions on the licence with the schedule of conditions submitted with the application. N.B. The variation will permit walk in patrons and click and collect app customers to be provided with late night refreshment on all days until 05.00 hours the following day. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH. Representations must be received by 14th December 2023. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk 

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
