Licensing Act 2003: New Grant Premises Licence - Sala De Despiece -Basement and Ground Floor, 16 Hanover Street London W1S 1YD

Notice is given that SSD London LLP applied to Westminster City Council on 9 November 2023 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises to be known as Sala De Despiece -Basement and Ground Floor, 16 Hanover Street London W1S 1YD for the provision of (1) retail sale of alcohol Sun-Thurs: 8:00 to 00:00, Fri-Sat 08.00 to 00.30 (2) late night refreshment Sun-Thurs: 23:00 to 00:00, Fri-Sat 23.00 to 00.30 (3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 7 December 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation to: the Licensing Team, Westminster City Council, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP or licensing@westminster.gov.uk.

The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
