NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Baileys Bar Limited has applied to vary a premises licence in relation to BrewDog Upminster 18 Station Road Upminster RM14 2UB to permit the following changes to the licence:
- To modify the premises' layout
- To extend the hours during which live music, recorded music and the supply of alcohol may be made

Such representation must be received in writing by 6th December 2023
