NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Baileys Bar Limited has applied to vary a premises licence in relation to BrewDog Upminster 18 Station Road Upminster RM14 2UB to permit the following changes to the licence:

- To modify the premises' layout

To extend the hours during which live music, recorded music and the supply of alcohol may be made

The register of the licensing authority is kept at the address below. Full details of the application can be inspected at this address during normal business hours.

A representation by any person or a responsible authority regarding this application can be made to The Licensing Authority Town Hall Main Road Romford RM1 3BD www.havering.gov.uk

Such representation must be received in writing by 6th December 2023

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
