Licensing Act 2003: Variation of Premises Licence
I/We Osman Dokumaci do hereby give notice that l/we have applied to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council for a full variation of the premises licence for: La Banq, 38 High Street, Abbots Langley, Watford, WD5 0AR.
The application seeks to:
Vary the sale of alcohol hours on Fridays and Saturdays to end at 23:45,
Add late night refreshment on Fridays and Saturdays from 23:00 to 23:30,
Add recorded music on Fridays and Saturdays from 23:00 to 23:50 (ambient background music only),
Extend the Premises opening hours on Fridays and Saturdays to 00:00.
Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Team, Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth WD3 1RL or by email to licensing.team@threerivers.gov.uk by no later than 06/12/2023. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. Three Rivers District Council's public licensing register is kept online at https://www.threerivers. gov.uk/services/licensing, where details of the application may be inspected.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
