Notice is hereby given that I Sam Howarth, have made an application under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a full variation to the Premises License held in respect of the premises known as Fat Sams Bar and Grill, 165-167 Towngate, Leyland, PR25 2TE. I Intend to vary the license as follows Sale of alcohol for on/off sales 11.00-00.45 Friday and Saturday

11.00-01.00 Friday and Saturday
Interested parties (within the meaning of the Act) may make written representations to South Ribble Borough Council about this Application until 10-12-2023 which should be sent to Licensing South Ribble Borough Council, Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, PR25 1DH.
