NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT LK CW Ltd has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 07 November 2023 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Edyn Locke Hotel & Apartments Canary Wharf, 1 Cartier Circle, London, E14 5HF for the provision of films, live music & recorded music, the provision of late night refreshment, and the sale by retail of alcohol between 07:00 and 03:00 Monday to Saturday and 07:00 and 00:00 Sunday, with films, late night refreshment and sale of alcohol 24-hours a day for hotel residents and their guests, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London, E1 1BJ to be received by no later than 05 December 2023 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council's website www.towerhamlets.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council's offices during office hours

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and [he maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
