NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Folie Leisure Limited has applied to Trafford Council for a premises licence for Folie, 27 Stanley Square, Sale M33 7XZ as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 10am and midnight daily plus an additional 30 minutes opening for dispersal purposes. Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting Licensing, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford M32 0TH during the Council's usual opening hours or viewed on the Council's website: www.trafford.gov.uk or you can email at licensing@trafford.gov.uk. Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 06 December 2023. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
