What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that: Muhammad Asif Ayub have applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for: Go Local, Albert Place, Ribble Drive, Whitefield, Manchester, M45 8NE to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: Mon-Sat 07.00am till 23.00pm, Sunday 08.00am till 22.00pm. Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than: 24.11.23 to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10am - 4pm Mon - Fri or by going to the councils licensing register at https://licensing.bury.gov.uk/PAforLalpacLIVE/1/WcaHome. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
