Notice is hereby given that Pesvebi Ltd. has applied to NORTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
COUNCIL for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of a trading pitch in the pedestrianised area next to Fatface store, Rushden Lakes Shopping Centre, Rushden, trading pitch in the pedestrianised area next to Fatface store, Rushden Lakes Shopping Centre,, the pitch being 10m x 5m and directly adjacent to the store, and intends to carry out the following licensable activities; the sampling of alcohol and the sale of alcohol for off-site
consumption, within the hours of 09:00 – 20:00 Monday - Sunday.
The licence application may be inspected at the Licensing Authority at North Northamptonshire Council, Thrapston Offices, Cedar Drive, Thrapston NN14 4LZ during normal office hours. Any representation by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the Regulatory Services Licensing Administration Team at the above address by 07/12/2023.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
