Notice is hereby given that James Beaty Farms has applied to North Northamptonshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of James Beaty Farms, Scotch Lodge Farm, Mears Ashby Road Earls Barton NN6 0HQ, and intends to carry out the following licensable activities; the sale and consumption of alcohol both on and off the premises.
The licence application may be inspected at the Licensing Authority at North Northamptonshire Council, Thrapston Offices, Cedar Drive Thrapston NN14 4LZ during normal office hours.
Any representation by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the Regulatory Services Licensing Administration Team at the above address by 30th November 2023.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
