Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that: Kiresantiny Natkunam Has applied to the licensing authority at Milton Keynes Council for a Premises Licence at Campbell Wharf Convenience Store, Unit 1 Campbell Wharf, Canalside Roundabout, Campbell Park, Milton Keynes, MK9 4BG. The following licensable activities are proposed during the following times: Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises: Monday to Sunday from 06:00-23:00.
Full details of the application can be viewed via The Licensing Register at the Civic Offices of the Council. This is accessible Mondays to Thursday between the hours of 9am to 5pm, and Fridays 9am to 4pm (excluding bank holidays) or online at www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/licensing . Any person or responsible authority may make representations either against or in support of the application in writing. The closing date for representations is: 05th December 2023. Representations may be made to: Licensing Team, Regulatory Unit, Milton Keynes Council, Civic Offices, 1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ. Tel: 01908 252800. Representations received in response to this application will ordinarily be made available for public inspection, including disclosure to the applicant and any relevant responsible authorities unless agreed otherwise. Representations must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives (namely crime and disorder, public nuisance, public safety, or protection of children from harm.) It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
