We, Estela Zanaj & Kujtim Gashi hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at London Borough of Enfield for the grant of a Premises Licence at Gashi Coffee, 100 Lancaster Road, Enfield, EN2 0JW. 1. Allow the sale and supply of alcohol from 10:00 until 23:00 Monday to Sunday. 2.To allow for the premises to be open to members of the public from 08:00 until 23:30 Monday to Sunday. A copy of the application can be viewed online by visiting licensing@enfield.gov.uk Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice by email to licensing@enfield.gov.uk not later than 6th December 2023. giving, in detail the grounds of the representation. Representations by post will not be accepted. Copies of all valid represen-tations must include your name and address. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited), under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
