Public Notice of an application for a Premises Licence under Section 17 ofThe Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to London Borough of Bromley for a premises licence under the above Act on the 6th of November 2023. Applicant: Andover Express Ltd. Address of premises: Stop N Go Eldred Drive, 61 Eldred Drive, Orpington BR5 4PE. Proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises; Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day alcohol sales: 07:00 TO 23:00 hours.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing, London Borough Of Bromley, Stockwell Close, Bromley BRI 3UH, or sent via email to licensing@bromley.gov.uk not later than on 4th December 2023. Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

All representations must be in writing. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address during normal office hours; or on the Council's website: www.bromley.gov.uk (search applications). It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
