Unit C, Tunsgate Quarter, Guildford - Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 

Notice is hereby given that Motherclub Ltd has applied to Guildford Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Sixes Social Cricket, Unit C, Tunsgate Quarter, Guildford, GU1 3QY. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : 1. The provision of indoor sporting events and recorded music between 10:00 and 00:30 on Mondays to Thursdays, 10:00 and 01:30 on Fridays and Saturdays and 10:00 and 23:30 on Sundays, 2.The provision of late night refreshment indoors between 23:00 and 00:30 on Mondays to Thursdays, 23:00 and 01:30 on Fridays and Saturdays and 23:00 and 23:30 on Sundays, 3.The supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 10:00 and midnight on Mondays to Thursdays, 10:00 and 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays and 10:00 and 23:00 on Sundays, 4. Opening hours of between 10:00 and 00:30 on Mondays to Thursdays, 10:00 and 01:30 on Fridays and Saturdays and 10:00 and 23:30 on Sundays. 

Any representations regarding the above- mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Unit,Guildford Borough Council, Milmead House, Milmead, Guildford, Surrey, GU2 4BB or licensing@guildford.gov.uk no later than 8th December 2023 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Guildford Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.guildford.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. 

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
