Notice is hereby given that Burgr Northwest Ltd has
applied to Preston City Council for a premises
licence to provide late night refreshment from 23:00
to Midnight every day. The application can be
viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at
Preston City Council, Town Hall, Lancaster Road,
Preston, PR1 2RL during office hours or at www.
preston.gov.uk. Click on Licensing then public
register. Tel: 01772 906911 or email: licensing@
preston.gov.uk. Any interested party or responsible
authority may make representations to the Council
about the application. Such representations must
be in writing and must be made no later than by:
4 December 2023.
It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited
fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with this application.
