APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Chilli Hut, 68-74 Lytham Road, Freckleton
Notice is given that Marena Ltd has applied to
Borough of Fylde Licensing Authority for a Grant of
a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: Late Night
Refreshment Monday to Thursday-15.30-23.30
Friday and Saturday-15.30-00.00 Sunday 15.30-
23.00
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in writing
to: Licensing Department Fylde Borough Council,
Town Hall, Lytham St. Annes, Lancashire, FY81LW
Or by e-mail to: licensing@fylde.gov.uk
Representations may be made for 28 consecutive
days from the date of this notice.
The Application Record and Register may be
viewed between 9am & 5pm Monday to Friday at
the above address or at - www.fylde.gov.uk
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5
on the standard scale (£5000).
