Premises: 41-43 High Street, Heckington, Sleaford, NG34 9RA.
North Kesteven District Council hereby gives notice of an application made to them for a new Premises Licence in respect of the above premises. The proposed licensable activities are as follows: Showing of indoor sporting events: Monday to Sunday 12:00 – 00:00 (until 00:45 on New Years Eve). Performance of live and recorded music (indoors only) Monday to Sunday, 12:00 -23:45 (until 00:45 on New Years Eve).
Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of North Kesteven District Council, Kesteven Street, Sleaford, NG34 7EF from 10:00a, to 4:30pm Monday to Wednesday, and online at www.n-kesteven.gov.uk/business /licensing . All representations made by any persons of Responsible Authorities to the Licensing Authority must be made in writing. The last date for representations to be received by us is 24/11/2023. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
