To whom it may concern: Strawberry Fields Farm Shop Ltd is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for Strawberry Fields Farm Shop Salmons Leap, Buckfastleigh TQ11 0JR
The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: Supply of alcohol – Monday to Sunday 8am to 5.30pm
Opening hours – Monday to Sunday 8am to 6pm
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX or emailing licensing@ teignbridge.gov.uk. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice. The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
