The licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take Place: The off sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 00.00 until 23.59. Any objections should be made in writing no later than 11th December 2023 to: Licensing Team, Argus
Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX. The Licensing register and Record of application are available for inspection at the above office by appointment only. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. The offence is subject to a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction.
