8AA. Notice is given that Blacks Corner Trading
Company Limited has applied to Sunderland City
Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing
Act 2003. The proposed licensable activity/activities
are: Provision of Regulated Entertainment
(recorded music) – Sunday (10:00 - 22:00)
Monday to Wednesday (09:00 – 22:00)
Thursday to Saturday (09:00 – 23:00)
Sale by Retail of Alcohol –
Sunday to Wednesday (11:00 - 22:00)
Thursday to Saturday (11:00 – 23:00)
New Years Eve (11:00 – 01:00)
The licensing register of Sunderland City Council is
kept at: Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section,
City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA. A
record of the application may be inspected by
appointment during the hours Monday to Thursday
8.30 – 5.15 and Friday 8.30 – 4.45 at the Customer
Services Centre, City Hall. Representations
regarding the application must be made in writing to
the Council no later than 23.11.2023.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make
a false statement in connection with an
application and the maximum fine for which a
person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is unlimited.
