Notice of Application for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003
Notice of licence application under the Licensing Act 2003. Application is made by The Greek Grill House for Sit in restaurant with ancillary bar, food, takeaway, and delivery.
The restaurant will be doing Greek food, serving alcohol, soft/fizzy drinks for example. Open 7 days a week from 10am till 4am at 65 Deansgate, Manchester M3 2BW. Representations shall be made in writing to Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA, or by e-mail to: premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk on or before: 05/12/2023.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
