What is proposed?

Application for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Stryx Projects C.I.C. is applying for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Stryx Gallery, 90 Vyse Street, Birmingham, B18 6JZ. 

If granted the application will allow: sale of alcohol by retail Monday-Sunday 09.00- 21.00; exhibition of films Monday-Sunday 09.00-21.00; provision of live and recorded music Monday-Sunday 09.00-21.00.

Any per - son who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alter - natively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ. Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, i.e. by midnight on 04/12/2023. 

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
