NOTICE is hereby given that I, Gareth Langmead applied on 26/10/23 for A Full Variation of Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: (include full postal address): Cafe Bar Eight46, 846 Chester Road, Stretford, M32 0QJ under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide during the intended hours stated below:

Sale/Supply of alcohol: (Indoors) Sunday - Thursday 10:00 - 23:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00 - 00:00 (Outdoors) Monday -Sunday 10:00 - 20:00 Regulated entertainment: (Indoors) Friday 19:00 - 22:00, Saturday and Sunday 14:00 - 22:00 (Outdoors) Friday 14:00 -20:00, Saturday and Sunday 14:00 - 20:00 Opening Hours: (Indoors) Sunday - Thursday 10:00 - 23:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00 - 00:00 (Outdoors) Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 20:00 Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: THE LICENSING SECTION TRAFFORD COUNCIL TRAFFORD TOWN HALL TALBOT ROAD STRETFORD MANCHESTER M32 0TH not later than 18 days after the date this notice is published.

A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk provided that, at the same time, a copy of the representation is forwarded to the above postal address. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 1.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
