Notice is hereby given that The Sinner Bar Ltd has applied to Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead for a premises licence in relation The Sinner Bar, 17 William Street, Windsor, Berkshire. SL4 1BB to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Sunday 10:00hrs to 02:30hrs. Live and Recorded music and late night refreshment and Performances of dance Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs to 02:30hrs. The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website

or inspected at their offices at Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead SL6 1RF during normal office hours. Any Person wishing to submit representations to the appli- cation must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, giving in detail the grounds for the objection. Represen- tations must be received no later than 29/11/2023 It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application.The Maxi- mum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5) on Unlimited.
