Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence

Burgerhain Ltd is applying for a Premises Licence
for the west side car park at the Marton Institute
Oxford Square, Blackpool FY4 4DR. If granted the
application will allow the following licensable
activity/activities to take place: Late-Night
Refreshment on and off the premises Sunday –
Thursday 23.00hrs-00.30hrs and Friday &
Saturdays from 23.00hrs-01.30hrs.
Any person wishing to make representations in
relation to this application must do so in writing,
including their address & telephone number by no
later than the 30th of November 2023 to Licensing
Service, Blackpool Council, Municipal Buildings,

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application, a
person doing so may be liable to a fine on conviction
