What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of application for
the variation of a Premises Licence

Kerry Anne Gallagher is applying for the variation of
a Premises Licence for, Marton Institute, Oxford
Square, Blackpool FY4 4DR. If granted the
application will allow the following licensable
activity/activities to take place: The Sale of Alcohol
by retail, Regulated Entertainment and Late-Night

Refreshment Monday to Sunday from 11.00hrs-
00.30hrs in the Members Lounge and Games room

with no change in hours proposed to the Function
Suite. The applicant has also applied to have
several licensing conditions removed.
Any person wishing to make representations in
relation to this application must do so in writing,

later than the 30th November 2023 to Licensing
