LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Pumpkin, Didcot Station, Station Road, Didcot, OX11 7NR. Notice is given that Select Service Partner Limited has applied to South Oxfordshire District Council for a variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.The proposed variation is: I .To vary the hours for the sale of alcohol to 08.00-23.00 daily; 2. To vary the hours for late-night refreshment to 23.00-23.30 daily; 3. To amend the opening hours for licensable activities to 08.00-23.30 daily; 4. To remove the embedded restrictions carried over from the Licensing Act 1964.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, South Oxfordshire District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing@southoxon.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 30 November 2023.The application record may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address, or on the Council's website at www.southoxon.gov.uk Date of Notice: 02.11.23.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
