What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice of application to Liverpool City Council for the grant of a premises licence by Treadstone 157 Ltd for 62 Castle St Hotel, 56-62 Castle St, Liverpool L2 7LQ to allow the Sale by Retail of Alcohol (0000-0000hrs residents and guests, 1200-0200hrs - public) and Late-Night Refreshment (2300– 0200hrs), Monday to Sunday. 

You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it via email: liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a callback for an appointment to view the application. 

Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Written representations must be received no later than 28 November 2023. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
