What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Section 17(5)

Notice is hereby given that Scupa Ltd has applied in respect of the 4 Scheregate, Colchester CO2 7AS for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol on and off the premises Monday to Sunday from 10.00 to 23.00. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 27 November 2023 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester City Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
