What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Mr Som Bhetwal has applied for a PREMISES LICENCE for Himalayan Spice, 432 Prescot Road, L13 3DA for supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Sunday 1700hrs to 2300hrs. Hours open to the public Monday to Sunday 1700hrs to 2300hrs.

Representation can also be made by post to - Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than 26th November 2023. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
