Please accept this notice to the public that Mario Spagnoluo, of Casa Pizzeria, 189 Northdown Road, Margate, CT9 2PA, has submitted an application to Thanet District Council, P.O. Box 9, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent for a Premises licence certificate under the above Act.
A copy of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Thanet District Council offices, address above.
The licensable activities will be serving alcoholic drinks to customers consuming food within the premises in designated opening times (Wednesday-Sunday 5pm-11pm).
Any representations in respect of the application should be made in writing to the Licensing Department, Thanet District Council, P.O. Box 9 Cecil Street, Margate, Kent before the 30 November 2023.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
