LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that, we, Tesco Stores Limited have applied to the Licensing Authority at Basildon Council for the variation of a Premises Licence, Located at: Tesco Express, 1-4 Felmores End, Pitsea, Basildon, Essex, SS13 1PN With the proposal to vary the current premises licence by:

- Updating the layout plan attached to the premises licence (Annex 4).

- Adding opening hours of 06:00-00:00 Monday-Sunday.

- Amending the hours the licence authorises the sale of alcohol for consumption off the Premises to Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00.

- Removing the embedded restrictions carried over from the old Licensing Act 1964.

- Adding new licensable activity: The provision of late-night refreshment indoors Monday-Sunday 23:00-00:00. The record of the application where the register of the licensing authority is kept and where and when the record of the application may be inspected is online at https://www.basildon.gov.uk/article/7048/Licensing-Register-of-Premises-and-Club-Licences or Basildon Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martins Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL.

The record of the application may be inspected by appointment only, Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (normal office hours).
