Green Road, Application For Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing and Retailing Limited has applied in respect of the Blenheim Arms, 7 Manor Green Road, Epsom, KT19 8RA for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: To vary the Opening Hours of the premises and the hours when the premises is licensed for the Sale of Alcohol. The new hours are as follows: Opening Hours - Sunday to Thursday 09.00 -00.00 (currently 11.00), Friday to Saturday 09.00 - 01.00 (currently 11.00). Sale of Alcohol (On & Off Sales - Sunday to Thursday 09.00 - 23.00 (currently 11.00), Friday to Saturday 09.00 - 00.00 (currently 11.00). For the avoidance of doubt, the new hours shall apply to all seasonal variations and non-standard timings. In addition, the closing time and the terminal hour when the premises is licensed for Sale of Alcohol are not changing. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 24 November 2023, to the Epsom & Ewell Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY where the register of licensing applications can be inspected during office hours and/or by contacting licensing@epsom-ewell.gov.uk. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
