LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT EVOKE LEISURE LIMITED of Rockin Robin, 32-34, Lord Street, Wrexham, LL11 1LR has applied to Wrexham County Borough Council for a premises licence. The licensable activities proposed to be carried on or from the premises are set out as Follows: live Music, Recorded Music, Late Night Refreshment Sun-Thurs 23:00-00:00, Fri t Sat 00:00-02:00. Supply of Alcohol: Sun-Thurs 10:00-00H10, Fri 8 Sat 1010-02:00. This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address Weekdays 09.00 to 15:00 by appointment or on Wrexham County Councils website at www.wrediamgov.uk. Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be logged with the Licensing Authority, by email Iicensingservice@wrexham.gov.uk stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than 24th November 2023. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
